In 2010, as many as 21.591 people living with HIV and AIDS patient as much as 6.845 people. In 2009, as many as 9.793 people living with HIV and AIDS patient as much as 5.483 people. In 2008, as many as 10.362 people living with HIV an AIDS as much as 4.943 people.
