Based
on data from the Ministry of Health, in 2012 as many as 21.511 cases of HIV and
AIDS as many as 5.686 people person. Base on the precentage of AIDS cases by
risk factors in 1987 until December, cummulative, risk factors for HIV
transmission in heterosexual majority (58,7 percent); Injecting drug user (IDU)
as much as 17,5 percent, 2,7 percent and perinatal transmission of homosexual
as 2,3 percent.
Meanwhile,
the data in 2011, as many as 21.031 people living with HIV and AIDS patient as
much as 5.686 people. In 2010, as many as 21.591 people living with HIV and
AIDS patient as much as 6.845 people. In 2009, as many as 9.793 people living
with HIV and AIDS patient as much as 5.483 people. In 2008, as many as 10.362
people living with HIV an AIDS as much as 4.943 people.
